By subscribing to The Obsidian Collective, you agree to the following terms, which govern your access to our magazine and related content.
Your subscription provides access to our monthly digital magazine, past issues in the archive, exclusive videos, and community submissions. All content is hosted securely behind our website paywall and is view-only. Content may not be downloaded, copied, or redistributed in any form without our permission.
Subscriptions are billed at $5 per month and automatically renew unless canceled. Payments are processed securely through Squarespace. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website. If you need assistance, you may also email us at theobsidiancollective.info@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription.” Cancellations take effect immediately, and you will not be billed again. If you cancel and are accidentally charged after your request, we will issue a full refund for that charge.
Subscribers must be 18 years or older to create an account and purchase a subscription. The Obsidian Collective is intended for adult readers.
All content is for personal use only. Redistribution, republishing, or sharing outside of your subscription is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access if content is misused or distributed without authorization.
When you submit stories, photos, or artwork for possible publication, you retain full ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant The Obsidian Collective permission to publish it within our magazine and related digital content. We will not use submissions for other purposes without your explicit consent.
Our service is currently only available within the United States. While we work to ensure uninterrupted access, we are not responsible for delays, outages, or technical issues related to website hosting.
We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, subscribers will be notified before the new terms take effect. Continued use of our service after updates constitutes agreement to the revised policies.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. By subscribing, you agree that any disputes or claims will be handled exclusively in Colorado courts.
